We are going back to Macon, Georgia. This time we venture into the very popular mall called “River Crossing” down by Riverside Drive. There are many shops, restaurants, and markets at River Crossing. Although today, we are looking at one restaurant in particular!
Last night I came back from the med stop, and I was quickly growing hungry. My mother and I finally decided to go to the restaurant known as “Wild Wing Café” at the mall! Wild Wing is located at 5080 Riverside Drive, Suite 100, Macon, GA. Let me tell you, if you love wings, beer, sports, and fries…this place is just for you!
Their hours are 11 AM to 11 PM from Monday thru Thursday. 11 AM to 12 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. They do take certain holidays off so make sure to check if they are open before you plan to go.
I will be going over what I ate last night, the best wing flavors, the service, and atmosphere!
My Dinner Last Night
Because of my minor back injury, I had to walk around with a cane. I was incredibly embarrassed all day, and was weary of how people were going to look at an 18-year-old girl with a cane. Soon as my mother opened the door for me, I was met by kind eyes and a nice woman who wanted to help. She led us directly to our booth and a man quickly came out to take our drink order. Both my mother and I ordered sweet tea. It was nicely brewed and tasted refreshing.

When it was time for our orders, I ordered 10 wings, which gets you 2 flavors to choose from. I picked the Traditional BBQ and Medium Heat sauces. My mother decided on Lemon Pepper. When the food got here, pretty quickly by the way, it was hot and ready! First off, delicious fries, second, the wings were perfect. I absolutely loved them just as much as the first time I came. In the end, when dinner was over, our server was so helpful. Getting us boxes, bags, and to-go cups. Did everything with a genuine smile that can’t be faked.
In the end, I had a delightful dinner and really enjoyed it. Now, I have been several times before in the past, and it seems to be a pretty popular spot to go to for a nice relaxing time with friends or family.
Best Wing Sauces

Now, if you are a fan of traditional flavors, you would love the “Bubba’s BBQ” sauce. It is mouth watering, sweet, and savory. Although it can be a bit sticky, as with most BBQ, it is still very much so worth the mess!
Next up is the “Hot” heat sauce. If you are a fan of spices dancing upon your tongue, then this is just right for you. It has enough spiciness for you so feel the heat, but not too much that it is unbearable.
Last favorite of mine is the “Lemon Pepper”. You can’t go wrong with a very delectable sour flavor paired with mild heat. The zest and heat paired with the chicken just all blends so well together. It’ll leave you wanting even more than before.
Atmosphere
Since it is a bar, be sure it’s a sports bar! They have huge screens everywhere you look that plays different sports. Make sure to come to Wild Wing when your favorite team is playing. You will have a fun time.

Even more impressive, they often have live local bands playing that everyone loves. Most are rock bands, and they fit into the ambiance perfectly. You can always check their official Facebook page or website, where they have a list of upcoming events and bands playing!
Service
As always, they have a very nice staff. They will make sure you enjoy your time there, and have fun! They always want to get your order perfect, and even the food seems like it was made with great care. Each member talks with respect and hospitality. No one is sassy, sarcastic, or acts negative. I always feel welcomed when I go inside!

Conclusion
I look forward to going back there soon! All in all, their food is delicious, handled with care, and everyone is so welcoming. For prices, you can spend about $90 for a family of 4. Not to bad! I hope you all liked this review, and have a wonderful day! Remember, try to respect others and always smile with your head high! Love you all!
